An email introducing your property, with photos, description, listing information, and direct link to your exclusive property web-page, will be sent to subscribed client and industry professionals through our direct drip campaign lists and personal contact lists.

We commission professional drone photographers to photograph a birds-eye-view of your property and the surrounding area, showcasing its location, views, and exterior attributes.

3D Virtual Tour

We commission photographers that work with 3D Matterport to create a three-dimensional virtual tour of your property, allowing agents and prospective buyers from around the world to virtually walk through your home. We also create a top-down view for each level of the home, allowing the users a clear view of the property layout.

Open Houses

Open Houses, Agent Tours and Broker Opens

With the owner’s permission, multiple open houses for the public will be held. Most often we will hold our Open Houses on either a Saturday or Sunday. Agent Tours and Broker Opens are usually during the week and are helpful resources to showcase the home's highlights to the Agents or Brokers that have not personally seen the home. At each open house, numerous custom designed open house signs with flags will be conspicuously placed around your neighborhood displaying the property address to direct a higher volume of potential buyers to the listing.

Twilight Events

We will host special Twilight Events for some of our properties, catered with exquisite food and drink, music, etc. Gives our clients a chance to Live the Lifestyle for a moment and and opportunity to imagine living there.

Signage

Each home with display our brokerage sign with mailers displaying the property address to direct a higher volume of potential buyers to the listing.

Social Media

We post your home on numerous personal and business social media platforms to increase exposure to hundreds of thousands of friends and followers. We post your property on our social media platforms including Instagram, You-tube, Twitter and Facebook and also pay to promote the posts during the first week of the listing so that they reach not only our followers but tens of thousands more. Our pay to promote advertising is directed towards various demographics nationwide.
